In the event that the requested product or service is not the required one, please send an email to the address electromecanicamoya@gmail.com to manage your return request. Once verified by our technical support staff that the product is kept in good condition and that it actually presents damage due to manufacturing defects, it will be replaced or reimbursed if there is no more in inventory at the time of its return. Restrictions apply if the product has been used for a different purpose for which it was manufactured, has been manipulated by unqualified personnel, or if at the time of its return it it is in bad condition. However, if the client wishes to cancel an order for products or services from an order that has been placed with Electromecánica Moya y Asociados through any of its digital platforms, the company reserves the right not to cancel said order if, at the time of its cancellation, expenses associated with the requested service have already been incurred, so the client must cancel said costs at the time of canceling their order if so it was necessary.
